EY (Ernst & Young), one of the world’s leading professional services firms, is hiring Junior SAP Consultants to join its growing Consulting team in Slovakia — specifically across Bratislava, Žilina, and Košice.

This full-time position offers the chance to work on high-impact projects that help businesses streamline their processes using SAP systems. EY is looking for motivated graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in a collaborative, international environment.

💶 Salary: from EUR 1,500/month (depending on experience)
📍 Work model: On-site (with flexibility)

💡 What You’ll Do

As a Junior SAP Consultant, you’ll collaborate with clients in Slovakia and abroad, gaining hands-on experience in real SAP projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Supporting process analyses and SAP implementations

  • Coordinating customer requirements and system configurations

  • Helping manage project progress, risks, and reporting to senior consultants

  • Delivering high-quality client service and technical documentation

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary, globally integrated team, learning from industry experts while developing both your technical and business consulting skills.


🎓 What EY Is Looking For

  • A Master’s degree in Technical or Economic fields

  • A strong interest in SAP systems (experience is an advantage, not a must)

  • Basic knowledge of one or more SAP modules such as:
    FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), HR (Human Resources), PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), or SD (Sales & Distribution)

  • Excellent communication skills in Slovak and English

  • Analytical thinking, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn and travel
