Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting with service queries, billing, baggage solutions, and ensuring high-quality customer experience at airport kiosks.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist passengers at the kiosk with product or service-related queries.
