🧠 About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in helping healthcare professionals use automation tools that streamline workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Your mission: to ensure every user can make the most of the platform’s capabilities — solving issues, improving integrations, and supporting innovation in healthcare automation.
⚙️ What You’ll Do

Provide direct assistance to customers, resolving platform-related issues efficiently.

Troubleshoot and solve technical problems, leveraging your knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation tools.

Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, as this is a fully remote role.

Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.

Collaborate with a remote team to share knowledge and improve processes.
