🖥️ About the Role

The Systems Engineer 1 will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting a variety of IT issues, and ensuring smooth performance of workstation and server environments.
This includes managing requests via telephone, email, or chat, handling installations, and maintaining compliance with Anatomy IT standards.

The role also requires collaborating with vendor contacts, assisting with client infrastructure management, and ensuring quick issue resolution.


⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues efficiently

  • Train clients in software and hardware usage

  • Onboard and offboard client employees

  • Perform workstation setup and configuration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges

  • Execute leadership-assigned IT tasks


🧠 Skills & Technical Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, desktop troubleshooting, and Active Directory (user creation, password resets)

  • Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, InTune, Managed Backup software, and network shares

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Exchange, including mailbox management

  • Understanding of networking components, wireless technologies, MFA deployment, and Office 365 apps

  • Ability to distinguish between server-side and client-side issues

  • Optional plus: CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA certification, and experience with Apple OSX


🎓 Qualifications

  • High School diploma (minimum)

  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or similar IT support role

  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, including occasional evenings or weekends

  • Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
