📍 Location: Modena, Emilia-Romagna (Hybrid – part onsite, part remote)

💶 Salary Range: €45,000 – €55,000 RAL + company car + MBO + corporate welfare package
✈️ Travel: Within Italy and occasionally to the USA (2–3 weeks every 2–3 months)

🎯 Role Mission
The Project Manager WMS will independently manage projects related to the implementation, customization, and go-live of Infolog’s proprietary warehouse management software.
This position serves as a technical and functional bridge between the client, the internal development team, and the business-unit leadership — ensuring smooth execution and full client satisfaction.
🧩 Main Responsibilities

Coordinate all project phases: analysis, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.

Conduct technical and functional analysis of logistics processes and data flows.

Supervise software customization and collaborate closely with the development team.

Manage project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting.

Provide onsite operational support during implementation.
-
Produce technical documentation, functional analyses, and development specifications.
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience managing software implementation/customization projects (ideally from software houses or industrial environments).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.

In-depth knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes (inventory, barcode systems, RF devices, picking/packing, etc.).

Strong skills in Excel, reporting, and BI tools.

Ability to produce detailed functional analyses for software development.

Good written and spoken English proficiency.

Technical background in software development (Java preferred).

Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, or Information Science.

Familiarity with Jira and Agile project methodologies.

Experience with automated warehouses or logistics-automation systems.
