Role Overview
A1 Garage Door Service is hiring a Graphic Designer to serve as the visual wing of the content engine. This role involves crafting:

Blog header images and thumbnails

Social media graphics
-
Print and digital collateral
The ideal candidate is creative, consistent, and playful with layouts, able to collaborate in-person for brainstorming and alignment 2–3 days per week in Phoenix.
Key Responsibilities

Design visual assets across blog, social, and print channels

Work from and refine templates while maintaining brand consistency

Prepare files for web and print (export, resize, compress)

Automate simple design tasks/workflows when possible

Collaborate using project management tools (Monday, ClickUp, etc.)

Adapt quickly to fast-paced changes and feedback
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Comfortable creating thumbnails and social graphics

Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy

Organized with file management and version control
-
Resourceful, creative, and quick to iterate

Bonus: experience in branding or home services; agency experience is a plus
