Role Overview
Accenture is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant (Technico-Functional) to join their team in Mauritius. This role involves working at the intersection of technology and HR processes, leveraging Oracle HCM applications to drive client solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Translate client requirements into functional specifications and system design

Provide technico-functional expertise across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and more

Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and provide solutions for efficient HCM operations
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Oracle HCM consultant (technico-functional)

Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities

Experience with system configuration, workflows, and integrations

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Prior consulting experience is a plus
