☁️ About the Role: IT Service Desk Analyst (Entry Level / Cloud Support)

The Hosted Services team at IRIS is expanding! This team supports customers using IRIS software hosted securely in the cloud. Rather than managing their own servers, clients access IRIS products through Microsoft Azure-hosted virtual desktops, allowing secure, flexible, and remote work environments.

As part of this team, you’ll be the first point of contact when clients experience login issues, connection delays, or performance challenges. You’ll troubleshoot, guide, and support customers so they can get back to work quickly and confidently.


💡 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Services Associate, your main responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or online support portal

  • Logging and investigating reported issues

  • Using diagnostic tools to resolve common problems

  • Escalating complex issues to infrastructure or specialist teams

  • Keeping customers informed with clear and helpful updates

  • Contributing to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing

Your role is all about making technology simple, reliable, and stress-free for clients.
