🧩 What You’ll Do
As a CAE Engineer, your main focus will be to develop, analyse, and validate engineering models that ensure the highest standards of performance and safety.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Creating and analysing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) models for a wide range of CAE projects

Reviewing product issues and developing robust validation plans

Mentoring fellow engineers in stress, fatigue, and structural analysis

Collaborating with the test and development team to refine FEA tools

Writing verification reports and helping maintain technical standards
This role will allow you to combine creativity with analytical thinking to push engineering performance to new levels.
🎓 What You’ll Bring

Essential qualifications and skills include:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Strong understanding of welded fabrication, stress analysis, and fatigue prediction

Proficiency with CAE software, MATLAB, Excel, and 3D CAD modelling

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel and support off-site engineering activities
